Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking a course with Nordex Training Center.
1. Bookings
Classroom and in-house bookings are confirmed by written request submitted through our forms, which are routed to info@nordextrainingcenter.com. Online course bookings are confirmed on successful payment through checkout.
2. Payments
Online course fees are payable in full at the time of booking. Classroom and in-house fees are invoiced following confirmation of dates unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Classroom courses may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 5 business days' notice.
- Online course access is non-transferable once joining instructions are issued.
- In-house programme terms are set out in the individual proposal issued for each engagement.
4. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet the minimum attendance and assessment requirements for their course.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the property of Nordex Training Center and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
6. Liability
Nordex Training Center is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in, or inability to attend, a course.
